Trim and Fit

Elite Performance Athletics is now offering fitness training specifically for adult women who seek weight loss, muscle tone, flexibility, a trim physique, and overall fitness.  Our training regimen is designed for low impact but high results that affect your entire body. Our new partnership with the AZ Thunder Elite Cheer organization allows us to offer the use of their new, 11.000 sq/ft state of the art training facility just off State Route 101 and Thunderbird Road in Peoria:

 

Our classes are offered weekday mornings to accomodate both the working woman as well as those who wish to workout after their children are off to school. Our training is unique and most likely unlike any you have experienced before. All equipment is provided by Elite Performance Athletics. All you need to bring is your desire to get fit.

Monthly Rates:  One hour group sessions @ Arizona Thunder (group size limit: 20)
