A football player who can bench press 400 lbs or squat 900lbs will be easily dominated by the athlete whose explosive power, quickness, balance and flexibility have been fully developed. A volleyball player with a 48" vertical leap will be dominated by the athlete whose vertical leap is both well-developed and complimented by the balance, power, speed and quickness to always be in the right position with the athletic ability to deliver. The best athletes at the high school, college and professional level are now using neuromuscular intensification and plyometric training to achieve their full athletic potential in their chosen sport.Our workouts are not easy, but they will produce the athletic performance you need to compete at the high school and college level.
