Our Methodology

Neuromuscular Intensification and Plyometric Training boosts sports-speed, flexibility, power, and muscle cohesion while increasingly protecting against injury.  This unique, invigorating personal training program, now being used by collegiate and professional athletes, can be tailored meet to any athlete’s needs through sport-specific exercises.

Muscular power is determined by how long it takes for strength to be converted into speed. The ability to convert strength to speed in a very short time allows for athletic movements beyond what raw strength will allow. Thus an athlete who has strong legs and can perform the freeweight squat with extremely heavy weights will have lower athletic performance levels than the athlete who is able to generate a smaller amount of force but in a shorter amount of time. The plyometrically trained athlete may not squat as much but will have significantly greater athletic performance.

Many professional football players have dramatically improved their performance with neuromuscular intensification and plyometric training, using no more than 4lbs of weight!

The Problem with Weight Training
For decades, coaches have been sending their athletes to the gym to "pump some iron". In conventional weight lifting, more weight is thought to be better. But inappropriate tension on opposing muscle groups interferes with the body's ability to have integrative, coordinated, fast movements. Weight lifting exercises are slow and, even with lighter weight; the exercise speed is too slow to duplicate sports movement. The speed of muscular contraction diminishes as the load increases, which means that heaviest is not the best for optimum athleticism.

The best athletes almost look like they aren't even trying.

They don't necessarily have the biggest muscles or lift the heaviest weights, but they achieve the greatest athletic performance, by utilizing high speed of muscle contraction, elastic energy (the relaxing of the extended muscles along with the contraction of the moving muscles) and neuromuscular efficiency- coordination, rhythm, and timing.

Gain a Significant Advantage
Whether you want to increase your vertical jump, improve speed, or gain power for football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, baseball, wrestling, or any other sport, neuromuscular intensification and plyometric training will help you achieve your maximum potential well beyond what conventional personal training programs deliver.
